Derek Mercer has been training in one form or another for most of his working life, from the Royal Navy, Civil Police, Mental Health Nursing/Management and Locksmithing he has been training others in lots of different vocational subjects and is now a Qualified Trainer/Assessor and a Lead Internal Qualification Assurer.
